* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility DrillsĀ and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone ā could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

Friday’s CINDY – AMRAP 20 min – RX – 22 rounds + 11 reps 5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 air squats ***UB through 10 rounds and then only broke push ups 7/3 each round there after 10 Rounds at 8;10 20 Rounds at 17:42 I have no other record of me doing Cindy other than the strict version on March 12, 2019 and only got 14 rounds + 1 rep.
