Mountain Climbers x 20
Then…
“Strict Cindy”
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Strict Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
For today i worked on butterfly kipping pullups
Completed 13 rounds + 15 reps
Today was a slow one. Cindy: 11 rounds 11 reps. Scaled: Push-ups on knees and pull-ups, some banded (1”) and then jumping pull ups (no band). Haven’t done any type of pull-up in a while!
