Was about to start when I got a phone call which I had to take then I was in a HUGE hurry to finish to race home and put kids to bed. 18:15 Scaled the STOH to 95# and I’m glad I did because I had to break into 3’s to get through it. Did rebounding box jumps to gain speed as I was slow on the STOH and I needed to rush. KBS unbroken. Finished the middle part at 14 something and pushed hard on the last run to make it back under 20. Outside IMO…running on a treadmill is boring AF to me. As for impact, they are probably both about the same depending on the terrain you’re running on.

Haha sorry didn’t mean this to be ironic. Runs were like 7:30-8 minute mile pace. Felt like I was running in slow motion on second one.
A. Scaled STO (135 lbs): 19’28” — I was shooting for under 18’00” but had to break up the STOs.
