In teams of two, alternating each movement, complete ten rounds of:
10 Dumbbell Hang “Clusters”
10 Burpees
Run 300 Meters
(Partner A performs 10 hang “Clusters”; Partner B performs 10 burpees; Partner A runs 300 Meters; Partner B performs 10 hang “Clusters”; etc…. A “Cluster” is a Clean into a Thruster)
Solo…5 rounds for time. 14:09.
40# DBs. All UB but burpees slowed down
Didn’t have a partner, but did 5 rounds w/ 50# dumbbells. Substituted 400m row for the run.
Tough one for sure. (Didn’t bother timing it – just wanted to get the work in.)
23:11 for wife and I…95#/65 barbell clusters, and uphill runs.
…3 sets of 10-15 barbell rollouts, barbell hip thrusters and barbell windshield wipers for accessory work
I didn’t have a partner 🙁 I did five rounds with a barbell at 115 for the clusters. Time was 21:37
Team workouts i save for satrudays or sundays because thats the only time me and the wife get to spend gym time together. I’m military and she’s a nurse. she’s not a crossfitter but she does the workouts with me to spend time together. we had a blast this morning.
20:45 with jen we did 65# barbell hang clusters, because that’s what we used last time we did this one. Last time it was 23:30. So smoked almost 3 mins off our time 🙂

When there is a fitness/performance/competition workouts posted, do you just choose the one you’re looking for or try do all?
I’m not 100% sure I understand what you are asking, but you would just do one. Occasionally I will choose some accessory or conditioning from the comp side to supplement. Hope that helps!

A. All by myself so I did 5rds with a 1 min break between rds. First 3 rds used 30#dbs then switched to 20s, we don’t have 25. Was trying to maintain pace

B. Prowler push 200ft ish went until I ranked then stopped. 1 min rest between sets
