20 Calories of Bike Erg
10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″)

Rest 2 minutes, and then…

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
500 Meter Row
20 Kettlebell American Swings (53 lb)

Rest 2 minutes, and then…

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
400 Meter Run
20 Cossack Squats
20 Dumbbell Push Presses (50 lb DBs)

Completed 4-3-2 rounds, respectively
