Did it solo, checked my working time then rested the same amount. Unfortunately I only had access to a small box wich increased result.

Did this one Han Solo….5 + 2 – front squats got heavy, maybe cause there body weight. Little dude struggles.

Holy moly that’s awesome.
It was definately a battle of the wills not to drop the bar on the front squats and just keep squatting! Last time we did this one we got 9 rds+11 reps…so we were happy with our progress 🙂
Warmed up , ready to go.The other coach couldn’t come so I had to coach. getting late so didn’t warm up to much.. So two rounds were clearly a warm up as they were 15+ sec slower.
Did it by myself so worked then rested whatever I just worked.

Depends on how fast you go. 🙂 Do a round then rest however long it took you then go again until the 18 minutes is up. It will probably be in the 5-7 range.
