Not really. My schedule is just too busy with work and 3 kiddos and travel sports. I just go when I can. I need to push myself more, that’s all. Too many 10 sec rest periods 😉

Yes it does help. Unfortunately, my schedules isn’t very consistant with kids activities involved. So going at it alone right now is all i have. 🙁 I just need to push harder than i am.

I have a hate love relationship with tempos

A1. 165-175-185-200 all x 8; last set felt just right so next time I will try to stay around that #
A2. Wall slides on the floor and it was a true struggle… Lack of mobility is a real issue for me that I’m working my hardest

B. 5 + 30 RX with 45# db (jelly legs on dubs after lunges!)

B) 5 + 1 RX (25# DBs)

1min wall slides. My ROM is better on 1 side than the other. Is this pretty normal? Also I have a lot of uneven muscle mass that I have been trying to correct but doesn’t seem to be getting much better. I think this is why my ROM was different??
B. Rxd 4 rnds with 60# DB for 2 rounds and 50# DB. Started off too heavy!

A1. 185 x8, 225 x8, 250 x6, 275 x6 @ 30X1 — tempo makes a world of a difference.
A2. #tinmanlife

B. 5 + 22 Rx (40 lb DB’s)

Anyone ever get a haircut from DU’s?

A. 175/200/220/200, reps 8/8/6/6. That three second descent is a killer. No problem with the wall slide.
B. RX w/45 lbs dumbells 3 + 10. Usually struggle with DU, now got 25 UB in round 1. That’s a PR for UB DU’s.

Still a little weak on the Metcon otherwise ok.

I actually double checked from YouTube tutorials that I did it correctly after seeing your comments, so I guess my shoulder mobility is on point. 🙂
