Like how crossfit football had a template for how they would schedule wods.
Oh i see. You can only look back on past programming. Just click on Workout of the Day and you can go back for the past 8 years.
We don’t post workouts ahead of time though besides the one for the next day at 8pm the night before. If you’re interested, we are in a Deadlift, Back Squat and Strict Pressing cycle.
