In teams of four, complete five sets for max reps/calories of:
60 seconds of Rowing (for calories)
60 seconds of Dumbbell Man-Makers
60 seconds of Barbell Thrusters (75/55 lbs)
Rest 60 seconds

Teams get one erg, one set of dumbbells and one barbell. Team members rotate through the three work stations at 60 second intervals. Post total score (calories rowed and reps completed).

Short on equipment for this one. So I did…
60 seconds Med Ball clean (14#) + jump overs
60 seconds Burpees
60 seconds Thrusters (45 # barbell)
60 seconds rest

48, 48, 40, 25, 35

Last 2 cycles I did 2 burpee sets. At the end of the 3rd cycle, barbell hit my head on the way down. OK, but didn’t want to chance that again.

Solo: 3 min on, 1 min rest.
Row: 17, 18, 18, 18, 18
Man-makers #35’s: 4 all sets
Thrusters #55: 13, 13, 11, 10, 10. I’m not too great with thrusters, legs burn up and ankle hurts.

Any clever ideas on how to do this by yourself? I don’t have any other people to train with on weekends. 🙁

If there are 4 team members, and 3 “working” stations, how can everyone rest at the same time?
