What’s your best 2-rep bench press? Those are pretty large jumps in weight near the end – you might have a better go at it if you went 110 – 115 – 120. Just a suggestion for next time.
Not sure – I have never log my results before – I consider my comments here as a diary.

Creative! I’ve been doing floor press instead of bench press lately. Restricts the ROM and it doesn’t seem to bother my shoulder like benching.

I’ve been doing these crazy foot exercises for physical therapy but I’ve noticed them helping them improve stability as well. Basically it is working the mobility of the foot by trying to move your toes in all different directions and pick stuff up. I wonder if it would help your barefoot squatting?
