Using our “Mind Muscle” Video Playlist as a guide:
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

Still playing catch up from the week. Kept things light and easy so I can jump back into training tomorrow.

Did the slow pull snatches and snatch up to 60kg and a few rounds there. Very conservative as ive not snatched in 6+ months!

Wod was the 12m amrap (subbed push ups in for dips) from earlier in the week. I just did 3 rounds as an emotm for 9m as I was short on time!
