***Those DBs got heavy FAST! Went with strict T2B to save my grip….DUs didn’t play nice today…I think I had about 24 trips in the 10th round alone!
Agree on the DBs.. they felt so light the first few rounds and by the end it felt like 200#

20.2: 20+7 RX. Got ahead of EMOM but at 10-12 minutes this thing gets brutal.

Thanks Chris. You put in some good work! I guess the tailbone is still an issue? Can’t blame you for avoiding 100 reps of something that you know is going to cause pain. I often avoid snatches due to the mental pain I suffer from failure ?
