First day back after a month and a half. Got married, honeymoon, got sick, etc. Hoping to get back to being consistent.
A. Stuck to 5-6 reps per set since I’ve been off so long. Worked up to 150×6, 155×5.
B. :32 first set then the wheels fell off on the PP. 1:30-1:50 for the rest of the sets. Haven’t exerted myself in over a month, was coughing up a lot of phlegm. ?

B. 27:15 – Partner today has never done rounds for time before, but he killed it! I kept the pace as slow as necessary to keep his form sharp.

Thanks! He hadn’t power cleaned in 3 years, but prior to that, he had done a lot of them playing college football. When he grabbed the bar and popped it with perfect form–even stomped on the catch–I was amazed at his muscle memory (and relieved).
Changed it up a bit today, did my classes stg and fitness part b.
Ohs: up to 85×3 had trouble getting 95, kinda tight shoulders today.
B: did fitness but I read it wrong… Did 7 min amrap

A) 205. Did 2 extra at 185 to end on a good note for form. Felt great, got heavy, went downhill
B) had to take a last minute phone call, so did this cold at 95 every minute on the minute for 7 minutes
