Ended up doing one of the team series WODs with my hubby.

30 TTB
40 DB snatch
50 DB box step overs
40 DB snatch
30 TTB
All synchronized

Unfortunately, he started feeling nauseous half way through so it was slow and we only got back to 25 DB snatch on the 2nd round when time expired. I finished it off because I wasn’t even breathing hard and wanted to push myself a bit. 17:31

Will have to do it again when he’s feeling better.

A. 23:27. Rings dips were scaled to 20.

This was a fun one. I’m really encouraged by the progress on the runs and overhead stability and strength.

Runs were all right at 3:30. The first two were smooth. The last one I had to fight for.

26:21 with stationary dip. Haven’t tried ring dips since I tore my pec. Still feels weird stationary. Done with power snatches. Almost puked twice. Had arroz con pollo a couple of hours before and that was not a good idea.

As Rx’d. 20:56. Went fast singles with the barbell with a short break at 10 1st set and breaks after 5’s 2nd set. Did kipping dips in sets of 6. Runs were brutal

It’s possible that it should be touch longer as I forgot which spot I turn around at for my 800s… have to re measure and vandalize the side walked with a touch of paint…
G2OH went great. I was able to work out in the afternoon so i dropped every rep from over head and loved every clanging second!! Grace will be in my near future to destroy my old time.

As RX – 25:40 (Goal was sub 25:00….little bit off) Runs +/- 4:00 G2OH – all single C&PJ (I’d like to say quick singles..but there was nothing quick about these) Ring dips 6/6/6/4/4/4 both rounds kipping…these felt super good and the kip is now spot on! ***Ran outside at a brisk 50 degrees, but VERY refreshing! Made up fridays deadlifts and WOD full of 800s yesterday, so this morning was a nightmare?

A. OT2M for 16, 2x C&J up to 195#, then 2 sets of 5 quick singles at 135#. I pinched a nerve last time I did cleans, so I wanted to make sure I was good and warm.

B. Today’s Rx: 23:39. Slow everything (especially runs), did quick sets of 5 on C&J and Ring Dips.

A. Handstand hold 30 secs followed by negative to abmat.
4 sets of 3. Reduced rest between sets. Feeling more stable on the negative down.

B. Max reps pike HSPU

C. BMU / butterfly banded pulldowns

D. 7 min cap JT repeat: 21-15-9 push press at 17.5kg, bar dips, pushups.

14 dips into the set of 15. 4 more reps than last week.
