Did this with my friend Whitney today in her garage! We substituted single leg RDL and use 25# in each hand, used a 25# DB for the TGU and did 5 strict pull ups each set.
We didn’t have KB so we did this:
21-15-9
DB Front Squat (25#)
Push-Ups
200 Meter Run
and then finished with some ab and hamstring work on the TRX!
