In teams of three, with only one teammate per station, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
Station 1-
10 Box Jumps
5 Pull-Ups
Station 2-
10 Burpees
5 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
Station 3-
300 Meter Run w/Med Ball
Teammates can only rotate after the running partner returns. Record total rounds and reps per station.
A. Bryan (30 min AMRAP, 60# dumbbell) – 6 rds. + 25 reps.
Station 1: 15RDS + 35
Station 2: 15 RDS
Station 3: 15 RDS

Saw your comment on my email but not on here 🙁 We had strategy on our side for sure. Perfect Medball handoffs, and to not slow down on the run. I think most of our rounds were between 80 and 90 seconds. 4 laps in my gym is 280, so it is a little less 😉 But when we do 400m it’s 6 laps and 420m…so i figure it evens out, lol!
Yeah, I made sense of it. I didn’t understand it at first. I wasn’t adding rounds right so our group ended up with 52 RDS. But great job. Killed it. Definitely was not easy, especially running with a 20lb med ball LOL

Ok here’s how we did it…not sure bout everyone else 😉
Teammate 1 completed 10 box jumps and 5 pullups. Waited until Medball runner got back to move to station 2.
Teammate 2 completed 10 burpees and 5 db g2oh and waited for the Medball runner to have the ball handed off.
Teammate 3 completes the 300m run hands off ball to Teammate 1 then moves to station 1.
There was really zero rest! Each station took about the same time to complete.

63 Rds? 21 Rds per person in 30 mins? That’s like 1:42 a round. Thats insane.

I agree! This was definitely a GREAT Saturday workout. At no point did I feel like I was sucking wind. That MB run though…

Hahahaha! I appreciate that, Teddy. But I think you, I, and everyone else reading these knows that the reason I was sucking wind and you weren’t had very little to do with the MBs we used.
