In teams of two, alternate sets to complete four each of:
10 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
10 Box Step-Overs
400 Meter Run
Completed Part A. We only have DBs so I did strict press w/25 lbs DB (the heaviest we have). I used the set of 25 lbs DBs for the SL Deadlift and did some shoulder stabilizing + ab work instead of DU practice.
B.
Since it is super cold and wet out, we sub’d DU for the 400 meter run.
Used 25 lbs DBs for the DB G2O and the Box Step-Overs. Then 50 DUs with a heavy rope.
