Did this with my partner, I scaled to 50 kgs for the front squat and 35 kgs for the thrusters, .

Minute 3 – 15 Box Jump-Overs (I usually jump facing the box and spin move over. Today I lateral hopped it. I think more efficient, hard to tell as I was fatiguing quickly!)

B) tapped out after my modified A. Played turkey day football and I’m beat up from that.
