*Both athletes perform the run at the same time.

Solo Rx with 1:1 work/rest: 27:10…runs done with 25 meter shuttles for 400 meters.

Rx’d in exactly 25:00. I about died on the last run. The air is extremely heavy today, but I have never had this much trouble. Then I saw we had a “warning” about being outside today. Apparently the humidity coupled with smoke from the Canada wildfires…had made the atmosphere unusually heavy. It’s crazy that the smoke from the fires has made its way to IOWA!!!

25:22. Only had 24kg KB. No partner so split everything in half and rested 1:1 on every break

As RX with male partner. 29:33. Loved how this workout went. A bit harder than I thought. The 400m run was kind of spicy after the burpees. Will repeat to try to beat that time!

Was alone, so i did 50 reps an Thrusters and Swings instead of 100 reps. The heaviest KB in our Gym is 24 kg, so i had to take this one. Did it in 35:49 min, which is pretty slow i think. I do really suck at running and all endurance typ of exercises. Should I add some low intensity steady state cardio, like jogging or cycling a few time per week?
