Proud of the OH carries, great workout
Limited to no equipment, so I decided to go for a run.
Ran 3 miles and then walked jogged another. Felt good to get outside, and revealed that I really need to run more often!
Great job on the run! I know for a fact that you aren’t the only one that needs to get in more running.
🙋♀️
Great job getting some work in!
A. Strict press from yesterday
Up to 145 according to %
B. Today’s metcon done with 400m run and 44 lb kb carries and thrusters on this beautiful and super sweaty day!

I’ll just lie here for awhile! Have a great weekend friends!
You too Mike!
Super impressive to get into the thrusters on the 4th round Mike! And u did strict press first..your arms have to be fried.
I’m fried all around after that esp after the first workout in heat for the summer.
A. 3r + 190m row Row – 2:16 / 2:23 / 2:24 DU – all UB OH Carry – 3 breaks each set Thrusters – 10/10, 10/10/6/7/7 K2E – UB, 6/4, 6/4 ***after the first round I had to switch to 35# DBs for the OH carry…I only have 1 16kg KB and 1 adjustable KB, but it truly is not safe trying to get that adjustable KB OH…I also realized in the 3rd round that I forgot to do the thrusters in the 2nd round..so I did 40 of them in the 3rd round.. BRUTAL!! B. 6 round Tabata… Read more »
Oh man 40 thrusters! Props to you for making that up like that. The whole metcon was brutal, and you’re unbroken carries is super impressive. Great job getting other work in after that. I’m done after those 30 minutes!
UB carries….NO WAY…I had to break 3 times each set. Those were awful…I kept thinking..FC lunges would be better than this s$$t!! I had to get more lower body work in…and actually it really helped take some of the fatigue out of the upper body…u know gave the brain something else to focus on.
Oh my Candy! Great job!
4 rds + 500
Wrecked
Outstanding getting over 4 rounds Jeremy…BEAST!
