….finished with some OHS mobility then power Snatch complex floor/mid/high EMOM for 10 minutes at #115.
Did du’s vs rowing today. Didn’t add up the total group score, but mine was between 80 and 95 du’s. (95 was my most unbroken ever!!!) 12-14 burpees, and 12-15 box jumps. And…threw a graduation party for my “gym son” Rico today! (He is picured below) Long story short…300# 12 year old from South side chicago. Moved to small farm town iowa. Got free membership for he and his mom. Fast fwd 6 yrs later…I took him to a powerlifting meet…now has scholarship to Midland University.
