I got in the workout from a few days ago.
A. Christine: 13:49
I don’t know what my time would have been, but each round I had a different child that needed something.
Rows: 1:50-1:56
Deadlifts: 205 unbroken
Box jumps: smooth and steady
B. Done
Sldl: 60 lb kb
Barbell hip thrusts 135 lb
Side plank
C. Extra ab work
60 v-ups
Plank on elbows

Did Friday’s work..which started with mobility mobility mobility…become the daily thing to do 20-30 min prior to the wod…really has made a differance in how I feel! A. Christine – 4:15/4:42/4:41 = 13:38 (12 seconds slower than when Idid it on 1-23-17…ugh) 500m Row (2:04/2:14/2:14) 12 DL @ 125# all UB (5# heavier than last time) 21 BJ @ 20″ all UB but step down (I probably did not step down the last time…stepping down is new for me) ***Going to do the Dark Horse video tomorrow that Michele posted…my rowing def needs HELP! A 4 rnd in 17 something with 2min rest between round rest until clock reach 20m

B 2 rnd + 9burpee. 3min rest between rnd the push press slowed me down

Partner used 95# and SU for 45s instead of DU
8 rds + 14 reps
B. Team of 2 alt rounds
I used 115# and kipping RD
Partner used 85# then 65# and banded RD
5 rds + 22 reps
C. 3 min max GHD sit ups: 48. (6 rep PR)
My victory for today was getting all the thrusters and PP UB.

Finally back home but running on too little sleep from the travel. Did a race me, chase me KB wod with my nephew this AM.

For time:
20 KB swings 53lb. Need something between 53 and 70 for the next jump.
15 one arm KB thrusters x 2. 35lb

30 sit-ups
30 KB sumo DL high pulls. 70lb
30 burpees
10 one arm KB snatch x 2. 35lb
