Yesterday’s squats. I finished up about 12 hours ago and haven’t had a spare minute to post.
A. Based off of 345. I hit the percentages and I ended up at 235. The first set my legs were dead and I only got 8 reps. The second set I hit 12 reps which would be a 10 or 12 rep pr!
B. Subbed Strict c2b, 30” box for hspu

Being in a crowded commercial gym …it can be difficult to have the necessary equipment close enough and available for this period of time, so I modified to try and create a a similar workout… After 10 min on the stair climber warming up… 5 Rounds every 5 min ( usually finished between 2:30 to 3min per circuit except round 5 was 3:37! 10 front squats @ 95# 20 split lunges 10 jump squats 10 burpees 10 push ups 100 high knees (first round I forgot these, so I did 200 in second round then 100 thereafter!
