Did yesterday’s.
As I read your encouraging comments on the workout I was looking forward to it. I went for a scaled version of 90/30
E2M for 30 minutes
1. AB 24/26/27 cal
2. WB 35/35/35
3. Alternating single arm DB Snatch 25/26/26
4. Tucked jumps 30/30/30
5. Sideplank 40/40 sec
Felt a bit strange afterwards but Training fasted in the morning helps not to puke I guess.
A1. DB Shoulder Press: 45×8, 50×8, 55×8, 60×6.2
A2. DB Floor Press: 55×8, 60×8, 65×8, 70×8
… getting the DBs in position on the floor press started to be a challenge.
B. As Rx (except sub’d 10 – 2p American KB Swings for TTB)

… system is tired from yesterday – UB PP|KBS but long transitions … felt gassed after the first round.
A. Used 55 on shoulder press and 70 on floor.
B. 8:45rx. Broke pp and t2b in 2×5

A. Did Fitness portion with 30 lbs DBs and worked on a new position for push-ups to increase shoulder strength.

Just moved through because my back is still feeling tender, which is why I didn’t do toes-to-bar. Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow!
