Faster by 23 sec. it might help a little as I free fall down the leader board. The OVHS felt better but I did better on the DU. But no stupid BMU.
I really shouldn’t be too bummed out because I have only worked on them a handful of times throughout the last year. But man, I feel like I’m close and should be there. I guess it’s better to have higher expectations of myself then to not have any. Next year!

Still couldn’t get that RMU…but I improved my tiebreak time by 2:33 so I’m really happy about that. Still need lots of work on those DU’s…but went UB again on the OHS!

Thinking ur rings are just about like mine…but I’m just a couple inches shorter than you. Makes me feel better knowing u can do them that close.
Yea def similar my ceiling is 9’ and I’m 5’10 Kipping is def out of the question. As soon as we thaw out here I’ll make an outdoor rig in the backyard

18.3 Rx 341 (9 db snatches) The OHS really messed me up (they took almost 5 min). I knew they would be a struggle as soon as I saw the weight. 8-4-4-3-1. Lost it on that last rep too so lost about another minute getting that one done. My right wrist was killing me not being used to this load so that didn’t help. RMU were not too bad (5-2-2-1-1-1) but I was using a grip (hand still tared from monday’s bmu) and it was slipping and making the reps harder. My tight shoulders didn’t let me OHS as low as 15# when I started so just making it through those 20 reps is a victory on its own. I just saw your post, awesome work!
