C. Off the stationary bike at 2:41, and total time was 7:23. Those last 15 burpee pull ups were a mind game of “just five more… just 3 more… just one more… get down on the mat!”

I tend to yell at myself in the garage if I feel like I’m taking too long. Most of it’s very colorful and somewhat helpful. Ha ha!
