Its beach season Matt! We gotta get those abs looking good! haha good work in todays session. Next time you see ground to overhead, try going a little bit heavier and playing with a combination of power snatch and clean and jerk so that you can add more tools to your tool box. Keep up the good work.

Nice work Todd. Next cleaning session try making a smaller jump from 265 to 270 rather than the bigger 10b jump to 275. Awesome job building that consistency at 265!
Thanks Bryce, my Hang Clean is weak but this was still a PR hang for me.

B. Decided to do Grace – 5:01 RX
PR by 19 seconds!
PR stars!
in part A .. is just one rep, every 2 minutes, of 2-position clean with heavy load?
Igor, you can build through out the 8 sets but your focus should be technique and perfecting your pull from both the mid thigh and floor. Does NOT have to be a touch and go clean. You can reset after your mid thigh clean. If your lifts are technically sound, increase in weight and work to your heaviest load.
Great!! Thanks from Brazil.
A. 185-195-205-215-225-235-245X-245X (Both misses on the hang clean).
B. 8:43 RX with my friend David. We alternated singles on the C&J and sets of 3-5 on the TTB.
Interesting strategy on the clean and jerk. Any particular reason that you went with singles instead of cycling that barbell?
Just thought we’d be able to keep the same pace throughout if we did singles.
Greg and I did the same thing.
A. Upp to 120kg
B. 7:45 Split-time 4:18

Full cleans on part A or can you do Power?
Probably do Part B all by my lonesome this evening…will just do equal parts work / rest
Try doing full squat cleans for Part A. Typically unless the workout is prescribed as power clean we would like to see a full clean.
Cool, will do!

B. Solo (20s on:20s off) – 5:58 Rx
