Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)
B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.
C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.
Kayak and “paddle boarding” on the kayak today. 108 degrees “real feel” so the water was the place to be today!

Friday’s:
A. Max reps pullups instead of muscle ups since I just got pullups a couple months ago – 7, 7, 6
HS wall runs – 20, 45, 42. Idk what happened that first round. Haven’t done these in forever. Never could get my hand up at all but now I can get all but my fingertips up!
Hollow holds instead of L-sits.
B. 23, 20, 17 – 16# wallballs. Consistent 2 min run. Prob should/could pick up the pace but I hate running so much.
Did regular DT today….got 7:30….dont know how the heck these guys are doing doubleDT in11-12, superhuman!
