Mobility and Maintenance
Using our “Mind Muscle” Video Playlist as a guide:
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

Did yesterday’s workout today

Another week another location and found a nice little gym to train in for the next couple of weeks here in ??

Warmup done with 500m row as wanted to take advantage of having one

A. AMRAP 35 mins
30 Front-Rack Alternating Lunges @20+24kg KB
60 Air Squats
30 Plank Kick-Throughs With Hand Tap (15 each side)
60 Double-Unders

6 rounds dead

The front racked lunges were def the hardest part of this one and certainly got a bit chewy by the end!!! Was certainly a sweaty mess by the end of it!!

Friday’s WOD
WU + 10:00 Nasal Breathing Row – 121 Cal / 2125m + lots of mobility
A. E2M for 16 min – Deadlift x 3 @ 75% – 190#
***Ab work between sets
B. 4 Rounds for time – RX 13:39
400m Run
30 KBswings @ 16kg — all UB
***runs were slow but seems easy since I was home and running on paved flat surface.
