Slower than I would have liked; my forearms were smoked by round 3. I’m going to attribute some of the fatigue to the fact that the gym temperature was 108 degrees…
Had a chance to get out and use my fitness today. Did the Dirty 30 race. Its a 5k Obstacle course mud run, similar to a toughmudder but with more mud. Such a blast.
Took a two week vacation. Nice WOD this morning to get back in the groove….
I chose the Jon 10 min AMRAP
5 rounds even Rx. Last pull up at the buzzer. I had to break my push ups on round 4/5… Something to work on.
10 minute solo amrap: 5 rounds plus 4 reps.
Solo at home. Did a 10 min AMRAP straight through. 5 + 29 RX. All UB.
For those of you who wants to go solo I did this one. Go 2mins rest 2mins 5 rounds, AMRAP, pick up where you ended last round. My results: 6 Rounds 30 reps. (24kg kettlebell)
