With a continuous running clock, perform the following:
0:00 – 1000 Meter Row
5:00 – 75 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75 lbs)
10:00 – 20/15 Muscle-Ups or 30 Strict Pull-Ups
15:00 – 75 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
20:00 – 75 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
25:00 – 800 Meter Run
A. Bryan (800m run vs. Row, strict pull-ups) – 3:45, 50, 30, 75, 60, 4:21. Christy – 4:15, 47, 20, 45, 46, 4:46.
Finally had time to do this yesterday. Loved it. I I used 95# on the bar and did strict pull-ups in lieu of MU:
Row 3:57
S2O 4:52
SPU 4:03
WB 4:45
BJO 4:20
800: 3:45
Almost skipped the 800 w the excuse that I had a 10 miler planned later in the day but my body overruled my mind
Row 3:32
S2O 4:35
Mu 11
WB 4:40
BJO 4:15
Run 4:21
Nice work!
That’s a toughie when cutting! Got off row at 3:48. Finished on 24:
Oh lord! That’s a toughie when cutting! Got off row at 3:48. Finished on 24:49 but only managed 50 STOH @ 35kg (should have gone lighter), allowed myself a 40 sec rest before moving on to banded strict pulls ups and did box step overs not jumps. #sweaty ??
Thatf row at 3:48. Finished on 24:
Great job!
Thanks Michele 🙂
3:45 row
75 S2OH @ 95
15 strict+10 with small band (ran out of time)
75 wall ball 20@10ft
75 box jump overs (crushers)
800 m
Finished 31:10
Took about 600m before I could get a rhythm running. Difficult, definitely a grown up wod.
Way to go!
Is the box jump over supposed to be a box jump then cross over the box or jump completely over the box without feet touching it at all?
I always jump on the box and crossover it bc it’s hard on my knees to jump fully over it that many times.
You just need to get from one side of the box to the other the safest way possible.
Row: 4:05
65 s2oh
30 strict pull-ups
65 wall balls to 10′ target
64 box jump overs
800m run with 10 seconds to spare
Total grinder. Kudos to anyone who got all the reps. â˜
33:47. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to do every rep or stop and move onto the next movement every five minutes so I went with the every rep. This was a killer workout. My arms and legs feel like noodles now but I love that the entire time my mind was fighting with my body, telling myself that I could keep going.
RX
Row – 3:47
S2O – 55 reps
Muscle ups – completed
Wallballs – 60
Box jumps – 70
800m run – 5:10
Looks fun;) Did a superhero obsticle 5k today with my boys and a member who has lost 65# since Jan 1st, and did her 1st 5k a month ago and we conquered all obsticles together. Including 12′ climbing wall 🙂 Happy tears! Love these days!!!
Good one, really pushed me.
RX’d
Row-Completed
STO-60
MU’s-Completed
Wall Balls-Completed
BJO’s-62, wasted myself trying to get the wall balls, my legs felt shot.
Run-Completed right at the buzzer
Done and done!
Everything Rx and within the 5 min except I only got 5 muscle ups in the five minutes. I had to rest for 1:30 before attempting one.
Way to go!
Thanks! It was definitely a challenge! Lucky to get any MU after 75 push jerks. Haha
Holy cow. This was intense. But also really fun!
Finished the row in 3:42, 58 s2oh at 65#, 30 pullups (bar-assisted), 60 wallballs at 16# & 10 ft target (this is really good for me bc I’m so slow at them), 45 box jumps at 20″, 550 m run. By the time I got to the run, I had to walk some. Dying.
Great job!
Do we just move onto the next movement despite whether or not we are done the reps at the appropriate times?
Correct. It’s basically a chipper that keeps you on pace.
??
Let us know how it goes! This is the first time I’ve seen something like this.
I was hoping you forgot the part where a partner does 1/2 the reps… ?
