A: Front Squats instead of Back Squats, empty bar. 30lbs Dumbbell.
B: 13:07, Bodyweight Lunges instead of KB Lunges, Tuck UPS instead of V-Ups.
Did something different for Part A but Part B was 9:05 with 35 lbs kbs. Too cold to run so I did assault bike x 20 cals instead of the 400 meter run.
