Following a week behind in Oz.
11 rounds + 2 reps
11 rounds in 20 mins. I had to scale with a light resistance band on pull ups and did push ups on knees.
I’m 35yo female 15 months postpartum and this was HARD…
10 rounds in 21 minutes
15 rounds. That sucked. I HATE body weight exercises. Give me a barbell anyday. Had to scale pull ups to jumping negative pull ups by around 3.
