I did this as a complex. Not sure if it was the way to go?
I realy have a lot of work to do on the split jerk. Cleans and hang clean were quite solid bit the dip and jerk were like ?.

3 reps shy of 4 rounds…. really slow on the muscle ups, Several misreps.
Another chance for improvement !!!

Today the windchill was -30 or lower for most of the day. Good times! No garage workout today.

A. 16 min EMOM
Odd minutes 16 6′ broad jump
Even minutes 16 44 lb kb squat and press

B. Tabata: 44 lb kbs used for all weights
Push press: 61 reps
KBS: 88 reps
Rows: 60 reps
Thrusters: 34 reps
I hit the wall hard on the thrusters! It was a good conditioning day though.

A. Hang clean+clean+jerk

First time using a belt doing cleans, felt awesome. Jerks were the issue today, just didn’t feel good.
B. 4 rounds + 4 reps.
C. 3 sets 60 second ring leaning rest. I felt the burn.
Y’all ever just feel beat down?
