A: Complete. Subbed super slow chest to ground push ups because I didn’t have dbs with me. They were plenty.
B: 10:49 with 53# KB. Unbroken.

angels – flat on bench with no weight
b. 8:53 with 50# kb (biggest in gym, could have used more, but did get all sets unbroken) Ran around basketball court, but by my calc probably ran more like 370 instead of 400m by mistake. Splits were 2:40, 5:49 and 8:53
A: Complete. 50# DB
B: 12:40. 70# KB
A. Complete 30#db for squats

2.5# angels
B. 13:00 ish minutes

I completed Monday -wednesdays but didn’t log
Last are sore from strict pull-ups earlier in the week.
I’ve lost 7-10 pounds in the last 3 weeks depending on my water retention. I’m loving the workouts.
