Way to go on your Double Unders Mike. It took me 3 solid months, practicing every time I stepped foot in the gym for 10-15mins. You’ll get ’em.
Thanks, Melissa!
How do i count reps that i did in unfinished rounds? I did 7rounds + 30 snatches and 1burpees, so is that 8rd+11reps or? Sry for bad english 🙂
10+3 rx with a 40 pound db
9+11 Rx. Used 53lb kb. I think I’ll use the db next time!!
Ouch heavy or ouch bruise on the back of your wrist? Those KB snatches can be tricky, the fast turnover is so important. Good job
No bruises! Just heavy for that type of volume. Figured I could use the practice and it would be more challenging that a db.
Great job, way to challenge yourself. Did you happen to alternate arms? Always good practice to do both sides.
Yes! 5 each arm!
