Well, its really sad that they managed to kill off this great online community. Oh well. Super sore from doing all the pull ups and SHSPU yesterday, so this didn’t go as well as I was hoping. Way to attack the workout!
Fantastic work Janelle!! I’m not sure how much more you were looking for out of this…you killed it! I feel the same as you do about our community…I miss everyone and all the fun we used to have with each other! Maybe lots of people are just away because of the holidays…I know that it’s been super tough for me to post or even get in workouts the past couple of months because of work. But I’m back now and ready to give it my all! I hope you stick with us…I think you…Anika and I are really the only… Read more »

Happy new year friends! Any goals to share for 2020?
Hey Mike, Hope your holidays were great! My goals,
1. Completely rehab the elbow
2. Become proficient with BMU (without injury)
3. Get much better at HSW
4. RMU also without injury
5. Keep moving forward with strength exercises and olympic lifts.
6. Compete and finish top 20 in this years Open.
What about you?
Great work on the WOD. that was a soul crusher for me!
Hey Janelle! I hope you had a great Christmas and a happy new year. I hope some of the others come back to posting on the blog.
