Warm-Up.

Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes, complete:
Minute 1 – Inchworm Walk x 3 reps
Minute 2 – Row x 30 seconds
Minute 3 – Russian Baby Makers x 10 reps
Minute 4 – Static Hang x 30-45 seconds

Then…

In teams of two, complete five rounds for time of:
Run 400 Meters (partners must stay together)
20 Deadlifts (10 each – 225/155 lbs)
30 Pull-Ups (15 each)

Partners must run together, and may only start deadlifts once both members are back at the barbell.

Fridays WOD GREAT WU!! E2M for 40 min – 5 Sets – RX (with rev lunges..no room for walking with all the other stuff out) AB – 13, 13, 13, 12, 13 Rev front rack lunges w/ 35# DBs – 10/10, 10/10, 14/6, UB, UB (about 1 min each round) Row – 20, 19, 18, 19, 19 BBJO – took about 1:15-1:30 each round (did step overs last 2 rounds because legs were a little wobbly…no need for any accidents!!) ***To be honest after the first round I toyed with the idea of only doing 3 rounds…but then told myself… Read more »
