* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.
C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.
Hey CJ,
I am contemplating going to a combine in two weeks for the SAGL. It’s the Atlanta Assassins tryout. It’s a 6.5 hour drive and would be a full weekend trip. The winner receives an invite to the NPGL combine and others could be asked to sign with the Assassins. Do you think that this is something I should invest time into or that it would be beneficial?

I’m sure this question will be asked closer to time, but I was wondering when the open workouts are released will it be a programmed into open cycle for which day to do it or will it be do it when you feel most ready to? I’ve been following invictus ever since the open ended last year so I did not see how it went. Thank you
Hey man “most” of the time the open workout is announced on a Thursday which is always our rest day. Then the open WOD is usually programmed on that Friday or Saturday. Again this is my first year following Invictus but that’s how other programs do it.
