Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes (6 sets) for times:
10 Strict Pull-Ups
15 Toes to Bar
20 Push-Ups
25 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs to 10′)

Started cherry picking invictus workouts last fall, tried the interval test then and quit after three rounds. Decided to work off this site 100% in January and have been making phenomenal progress. Today:
A. w/ 20lb dumbbell thrusters instead of wall balls:

The last few rounds I had to complete beyond the allotted time and get some rest to start another round. But I finished the six rounds.

***I’ve done this 6 other times and this is only 3s slower than my very best from back in 2018. SUPER HAPPY with the consistency!! Even did the WB outside in the 15 degree cold and windy NY weather!

B. 10 min am rap of 30 du’s, 10 alternating dB snatches at 35#, 2 alternating overhead reverse lunges-
8 rounds even- I did this completely wrong! I did 10 dB snatches AND THEN 4 reverse lunges every round, which is how I got 8 rounds ??♀️ I just did not read it right, my husband finally translated it for me! Haha!

Ha! I did almost the same thing last time we did this. I just did 2 RL at the end of each round. I got like 10+ rounds and when I looked at everyone else’s times, I was like, “I think I did something wrong…..?”
Ha! Nice to hear you misinterpreted it as well…I just couldn’t make sense of it! Nice work on Monday’s! Your legs and butt are going to be thrashed. I did it on Monday, and FINALLY today most of the tenderness is gone.
