Push/Power Jerk
*Set 1 – 3 reps @ 70-74% of 1-RM
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-79%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 80-84%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 87-89%
*Set 6 – 1 rep @ 90-92%
*Set 7 – 1 rep @ 93-94%
*Set 8 – 1 rep @ 95%

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
40 Double-Unders
20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (55/35 lbs)
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

A. 135/145/155/165/170/175/180/185. All went well and I kept it on the light side to focus on my catch.

B. Rx’d 4+60. UB DU’s except for a a couple trips. Went 14/6 on dB snatch and UB until final set of SHSPU.

C. Day 61 of 1/2mi lunges

A. Power cleans
85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 140, 145, 150, 155. (current PR) tried 160, but failed

B. Option 1
9-7-5
Power cleans 135
RMU
RMU modified to half jumping, half with feet on a box.
13:30 – took my time though.

Must admit doing heavy for me power cleans made me feel strong AF. ? And then back to struggle bus with the RMU. Also, MY NECK!!!!

A. Up to 250, I think max is probably ~260 first time going heavy on this in years
B. 3 + 36 rx , my shoulders did not like this combo
