Snatch Barbell Complex

Then…

A.
Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
2 Snatch Lift-Offs + Hang Snatch
(pause 2 seconds at mid patella on each of the lift-offs)

Build from approximately 65% to today’s heavy. If you miss, reduce the load and repeat that set. If you miss twice, move to the next portion of the workout.

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
7 Power Snatches (135/95 lbs)
14 Toes to Bar

B. 1R+5 @ 50kg (Horrible Power snatches. Definitely need to work on these more)

Back after a week at a family wedding. There was no opportunity to work out while I was gone.

I misread the first part and did high hang snatches instead. I added an OHS on each set too.

A. 95, 95, 95, 105, 105, 115, 115, 115, 115, 125

B. 3 rounds in the dot. Power snatches scaled to 115.

C. Three sets of 8 bench press at 155.

A. 2 Snatch Lift-Offs + Hang Snatch – 35#, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90(f), 85(f), 75, 85 ***These felt just ok today…so I opted to go with yesterdays work instead of todays B. B. 4 Sets BSS x 8 @ 30X1 – 35#, 40, 45, 50 DBs (at 50 the tempo was more like 20X1) Sup grip bent over bb rows – 85#, 75, 75, 75 C. You had an amazing day! That’s a lot of volume and you made incredible strides from the fall. Sounds like you won’t be able to walk tomorrow and in need of a rest day 🙂

… as expected legs are cooked from yesterday … lost track of time – kept on snatch’n
