Teams of two will complete three rounds each (total of 6 rounds per team) of:
10 Lateral Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
15 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
20 Toes to Bar
While one partner works through the round, the other must hold two dumbbells fully extended overhead. If the dumbbells are dropped from overhead, both partners must perform 3 burpees before resuming the remainder of their round. If you don’t have a partner, rest with dumbbells extended overhead for as long as it took you to complete the round – performing 3 burpees every time you drop the dumbbells.

Worked on double unders and got my first few consecutive jumps ever. Good milestone for me since I had never jumped rope before starting crossfit.

80lb for me and 95 for him. 15, 6/9 and 6/9.
T2B were rough for me. Nephew was UB on all 3 but I did 7/7/6, 5/5/5/5 and 5/6/4/3/2.
On rounds 2 and 3 we had to break twice each round. Burpees were such a pleasant rest. It was like taking a nap under a tree in the summer.

Went rogue today… A. Every 2 min x 20 min alternating (5 sets each) SHSPU: 6-4-3-4-2. Very happy… 6 is new PR Strict ring muscle up transition sitting on band: 9-9-9-9-8.
