In teams of four, complete three rounds each of:
Row 500 Meters
30 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
20 Burpees
Teams get only one work station per exercise and one “rest” station. Athletes may not advance to the next work station until their preceeding teammates have completed their work at that station.
Farm WOD with brother
First to 100 burpees (84)
Then 10 piggy back carries at about 85m
Finish your burpees (16)

35:41 everything was unbroken just too much rest time in between I guess felt redlined several times tho was 42:15 last year
Did it 3RFT also 20:38 first set of thrusters was real slow than found my groove it was tough will do 12 days of Xmas tomorrow happy holidays friends all praise to the king on my end
Worked straight through for 3RFT. 35:04 @ 95lbs and running. Seriously thought I was going to die…all 3 of my most hated movements in one WOD.
