A. 215# 5# Pr from last test lifetime PR is 230 in 2021. Form now is way better.
B. at 155# 10:08 1:30 sec faster than last time. I have 3 other times all 11 min or longer.
I felt undercovered today. Always fun to set PRs when you feel that way.

Monday:
90 – 110 was going to work to 125 but failed 110 twice and 115 twice. Every lift felt off so just threw in the towel and did Nancy.
