Remember this is actually ur first shot at it….as I know ur just dying to attempt it again…ur next attempt will be better! I think everyone’s second time doing it was better. Those really are some great times…u should redo this in a month or 2!

Stairs hit me hard after the second round. Pretty sure I couldn’t even see there for awhile.

In March I had subbed one of the runs for 0.7mi AB because I had to share the treadmill with my buddy. Times were 7:54-7:29-7:33-7:40.
Today I went Rx’d (ran outside) and set a goal for 7:00-7:15 for all rounds.
Score: 6:24-6:25-6:44-6:31
Got cramps during 3rd round and it slowed me down. Pulled my shit together and focused on my breathing during the rest and pushed hard to finish.

Hi everyone, first time poster. Did crossfit a couple years ago at a local box and fell off the wagon. Built up a garage gym and started up again a few months ago. Been following Invictus programming for ~2 months. I’m not the strongest person and am at the level right around the female Rx weight depending on the movement.
Today was tough, especially the burpee box jump overs, scaled to 20″ after the second round, I didn’t want to fail one of those.
Times: 7:22, 8:10; 8:00; 8:30

Welcome Will! I started in my garage gym about 4 months ago and find the Ladies Rx is about perfect for me. Even a bit much with the overhead stuff. I’m 40 and about 148#. You will love this program. I find myself refreshing the page about every 5min starting at 8pm just to see what tomorrow brings!
