A.
Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets) of:
Station 1 – Dumbbell Death Marches x 16-20 reps @ 3011
Station 2 – Horse Stance Hold x 75 seconds
Station 3 – Batwing Extensions x 7-8 reps @ 3232

B.
Every 4 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets) for times:
20/15 Calories of Assault Bike
12 Burpee Box Jump or Step-Overs
