Caught a nasty flu so I’m just getting back into it. Hospital gym
A. 6 rounds. Used 60lb db
B. No official rowing machine so use the classic Gym Long pull with 20 reps of 90 kg. Try to imitate the rolling Movement by using all my body as much as I could. No boxes so did Burpee jump over a chair. 4 rounds.

Did this by myself today. Partner was unable to go. Did it all together for 5 rounds with a 2 min rest in between. Used a 50 lbs. KB for goblet squats. Avg between 2:05 and 2:12 for each round.

A. 10 rounds total, myself and my boy. I did weighted pull ups, 10, 10, 20,20,15. He did a mixture of pull ups & ring rows. 50# kb for me, 35 for Him
B. 5 Rounds each as well.

1 day behind A.1: push press: 5x 105#, 115, 125, 135, 3×145 Feeling good here but bad shoulder/thoracic mobility still playing a role A.2: invictus gymnastics program session 2, part A lv1 (handstands), part B lv2 with some mods (push ups). Improving slowly but steadily B: Alt EMOM 10 min Power cleans x 5 @ 175# (scaled to 155) AB cal x 12 (scaled to 10) Pretty sure that’s the heaviest cleans I’ve used in a wod. 1st 10: 314 reps w/ 55# kb and regular pull-ups for me and 35# kb and ring rows for the misses (7 rounds each and some change)

2nd 10: 6 full rounds (3 each)
