Run x 400m, nasal breathing only

Followed by…

Two sets of:
Prone Pass Through
L-Seated Single Arm Dumbbell Press x 8 reps per side

Followed by…

One set of:
“Banded Pressing Warm-up”
Pallof hold x 30 seconds per side
Banded Press x 10 reps high, 10 reps chest level, 10 reps towards floor
Banded Tricep Extensions x 10 reps
Lat Press-Down x 10 reps

Then…

A.

Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
Split Jerk with 2-second Pause in Dip & 2-second Pause in Receiving x 2 reps

*Sets 1-2 = @ 65% of your 1-RM Split Jerk
*Sets 3-4 = @ 70%
*Sets 5-6 = @ 75%
*Sets 7-10 = @ 80%

B.

For time:
800 Meter Run
60 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
800 Meter Run

Did yesterday, fighting a stomach bug, so took yesterday off except for core & gymnastic work.

B. On Echo Bike 33/33/15 cal 40 seconds and then DNF (stomach bug almost won in the third round, so I shut it down)

Haha..I often wonder what my neighbors think when the bb is crashing over and over…especially today… I use “jerk blocks” instead of dropping the bar back in the FR position. And by jerk blocks I mean the safety bars on my rack..so it’s even loader. Great work Zach!
