A.
Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

Yesterday’s workout done as a partner Wod
My wife and I used the same timings.
Each round 5 minutes
800m run 3:20 for me.
75 S2O 88 lb kbs, my wife 65 lb barbell (15, 10, 15, 10, 10, 5, 5, 5)
30 strict pull-ups each (12, 10, 8 for me)
75 thrusters using same weights 7, 5 for 6 sets and 3 to finish. This piece was the hardest for us to finish.
75 bjos 15s
800m run 3:10 for me.

Props to anyone that did this solo!
